There are Tons and Tons of drugs out there on hair loss, diet pills and DHT drugs. Pharmaceutical companies are making Billions every year and they won't allow anything that will reduce their income, so they lobby some  government agencies to approve and help promote their drugs out there.

What I am trying to say here is that, in my country Malaysia, we have hundreds of varieties and new species of seafood, the A-Z of edible vegetables but the problem is that these foods are very expensive out there, to constantly eat different kinds of seafood everyday will bite deep into your monthly income unless you are rich. Here protein efficiency foods are far too expensive leaving the carbohydrates foods to be cheaper and more common.in the hands of the common man.
 The first problem that causes or inhibits hair loss is the metabolic injections of a bizarre DDT steroids into your blood stream through our eating habits...We tend to eat everything without taking into consideration the amount of vitamins and protein we ingest every day.
  The truth is that as we grow old, we need more of proteins and vitamins than carbohydrates, because as we progress towards aging, we need foods that will keep repairing our worn out tissues, we need of natural food supplements we derives from vegetables , these are not there in carbohydrates Rice, etc carbohydrates gives energy though we need it as well. When growing old, we are like taking a journey into transition. Please take note our body needs more protein, just like a baby who started with protein milk, so as we degenerate into maturity, we should concentrate more on proteins foods.
