METHODS POLICE CATCH THE THIEVES IN THEIR COUNTRIES

How Police Of Different Countries Catch A Thief,

American Police: The police program the neighborhood of the thief to get the thief caught for them, collect him and arrest him.(meaning the neighborhoods will dial 911 and he is caught)

Chinese Police: Will pursue the thief, through the streets, highways on foot, like Usain Bolt until he gets tired, and then, catch him. 

Dubai Police: Will just go and Kidnap the thief's wife and family, and then threaten the thief to surrender. Or else..

Indian Police: Wow Indian, their style is cool, the police will just set up a beautiful girl to sing (Amitabh Bachchan lyric songs for the thief and lured him to the police station, then they catch him.

Afghan Police: Will just declare the thief tore the Holy Quran, immediately he will be caught

....But

 Russia Police: Will catch any person they see on the street, start beating them one by one until one agrees he is the thief.

                                      STATE OF EMERGENCY

               During one of the state of emergency in France, after the magazine shooting incident, the government declared a curfew in some areas, from 7:00PM. 

But some of the youths paid a less attention to this. 

  On this day, it happened that 3 friends sneaked out during the curfew, to watch a football match, the very first night the curfew was declared.  Their journey to the stadium was successful. Nothing happened.

      But while they were going back home, they took a short cut and came to a checkpoint. The soldiers waylaid them and asked why they ignored the warnings to stay at home after 7:00PM, they were speechless, so one of the soldier decided that each one of them will be caned(flogged)as a punishment based on the numbers written on the shirts they are wearing.. 

      

 The first guy was putting on Chelsea, Drogba, number 10 and he was flogged 10 lashes. The second guy was putting on 50cent's T-shirt, and he was also flogged 50 strokes. Meanwhile, the third guy was already crying regrettably,. Loudly and panting. even the soldiers were confused why he was crying so loudly and noisy, until when they check the Number on the shirt he was wearing was Nicolas Sarkozy à la présidentielle 2017.
